When do I pay for my rental?

When you receive the vehicle, at handover. You pay nothing beforehand. Our team will let you know which payment methods are accepted.

What is the minimum rental period?

Each vehicle card shows its minimum rental period. You can also see it when you select a vehicle in the inquiry form.

What do I need to rent a vehicle?

A valid driver's license and identification, such as a national ID or passport. We will confirm the requirements for your chosen vehicle.

Where can I receive the vehicle?

Tell us your delivery and return locations when you contact us. We will confirm whether we cover those locations and under what terms.

How do I find out the final price?

It depends on the vehicle, dates and rental duration. We send you the total price and terms on WhatsApp before you confirm.

Does an inquiry confirm my booking?

No. We first check availability and requirements, then explain how to confirm your booking on WhatsApp.
